What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If you ordered an Apparel Item, Please note they are PRE-ORDER and are custom made to size, the timeline for delivery is 7-10 business days. But if you still have any questions please email us at info@graciesjourney.com

I purchased the E-Book but can not download it

If you purchased an E-Book, your download link will be on the email receipt you get after your order, you can also find a download link on the MY ACCOUNT link but you would have to register as a member on checkout.

How can I find your delivery policy?

We ship any Apparel Item using USPS as the courier of choice. Once your order is complete and shipped you will receive a tracking number.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please send us an email to info@graciesjourney.com – we will answer your email within 24hrs during business days.

What is your returns policy for Apparel?

Only new, unused and unworn items will be considered for return. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges or credit notes on items returned to us after 14 days.

Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging and must have the Related Apparel Returns Label still attached
